We collect the following categories of personal information directly from you:
• Boat rental inquiries: when you submit an inquiry for a boat, we collect your name, email address, phone number, desired rental period, number of guests, and any message you provide.
• Boat listing submissions: if you submit your boat to be listed on our platform, we collect your name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number, and details about your boat.
• Cookies and usage data: see Section 5 below.
We do not collect payment card information — Crystalium Booker does not process payments directly through the website. See our Terms & Conditions for how bookings and payments are arranged.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: connect you with the relevant independent boat operator so they can respond to your inquiry; respond to your questions and provide customer support; operate, maintain, and improve our website; and comply with legal obligations.
4. Who We Share Your Information With
Boat operators: if you submit an inquiry for a specific boat, we forward your name, contact details, and inquiry details to the independent operator or owner of that boat so they can respond to you directly. Once shared, that operator processes your information under their own responsibility, independently of Crystalium Booker.
Service providers: we use third-party providers to operate our website, including our hosting provider and email delivery provider, who process data on our behalf and only as instructed by us.
Analytics: with your consent (see Section 5), we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information submitted through our inquiry and boat-listing forms for 6 months, after which it is deleted, unless a longer period is required to comply with a legal obligation or to resolve a dispute.
7. International Data Transfers
Crystalium Booker operates across multiple countries, including outside the European Economic Area (for example, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa). Depending on which boat operator you contact, your inquiry details may be transferred to a country outside the EEA. We take reasonable steps to ensure such transfers are handled appropriately, consistent with applicable law.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or another jurisdiction with similar data protection laws, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to or restrict certain processing; and request a copy of your data in a portable format. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16.
